Clayton E. Nolen has been a radio personality for thirteen years. Clayton has a Masters Degree in Education and is a District Administrator for Enid Public Schools. He is very active in city and community organizations and is a former city commissioner and police commissioner. Clayton is also the founder of the Martin Luther King Holiday commission and the African-American Male Mentoring Program. On May 6, 2001, the Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, Grayson Missionary Baptist Church, First Missionary Baptist Church, New Light Missionary Baptist Church and Westside Church of God in Christ, and the citizens of Enid honored Clayton with an appreciation day. It was held at the Progressive Missionary Baptist Church and led by Pastor Ronnie Jacob. Clayton is a dedicated member and trustee of Grayson Missionary Baptist Church.
